I wasn’t sure how this spicy chicken curry sauce would turn out to taste but it turned so delicious. I made this on Sunday for dinner for my friends and myself. Unfortunately, one of my friend wasn’t able to make it because I slept off (had 7 missed call from her) after the meal – I just couldn’t resist the sleep. Trust me this spicy chicken curry soup is delicious!!!
- Olive oil
- Unsweetened yoghurt
- Red and yellow pepper
- Green peas
- Chicken stock
- Marinated chicken
Marinate chicken with garlic, ginger, black pepper, unsweetened yoghurt, salt and store in the freezer for 24hours.
1. Finely chop onions, red and yellow pepper, tomatoes and green peas.
2. Pour 1 cooking spoon of olive oil in a pan. Sauté the finely chopped veggies with 5ml of unsweetened yoghurt.
3. Add the chicken stock and marinated chicken and cook for 10 minutes on low heat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Viola you’ve just made a spicy chicken curry sauce.
